Toploader
Hey all, I'm trying to change the splash screen of my AVIC-U310BT. I'm using the latest AVIC Feeds software (2.0.2). I can open a picture and crop it in the AVIC Feeds program. I can save it but I have no idea where it saves to. I've looked everyone and see nothing. What am I missing? Once I know where it's saved, how do I go about loading it on the unit? I've read the manual - it's not in there. Thanks, TL
BigDog
Once you get the picture cropped in the software, you just use the SD button on the bottom right and it saves it to the SD card. Once that is done install it on the HU by using the Data IN/OUT setting in Settings. Should work fine.

AVIC-U310BT
I have added the splash image, but when is it supposed to come on? When o start my car? No. It only comes on when the unit reboots. Normally it remains in sleep mode when the car is off, rather than turning off entirely. This allows it to resume operation faster when you hit the ignition. The unit reboots at certain times, such as when you eject the SD card, use the hard reset button, pull the battery, or run an upgrade. Beyond that you shouldn't see a splash screen.
