I messed with TVOut awhile back, but it never looked right on my TV... Maybe I'll try it out again...
What remote control is that though? It runs on both Windows and MacOS?

Landscape TV OUT is the app that I use and appears to be the best out of all of the tv out apps for the iPhone. It is also free.

This is all being controlled from the iPhone. A computer doesn't apply here.

He's connecting to a couple of machines at the beginning of the video... My guess is over WiFi, as it's too fast for 3G..
It looks familiar to WinAdmin App, but I don't believe it supports MacOS... LogMeIn?

Try RESUPPORTED or LANDSCAPE TV OUT.
