"Bypass" Not working after "official" 3.0 update-What now?

I have searched for a solution, maybe I am blind, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

 

Here is the deal. I had the "bypass" for the 2.* system. (PB H/W & SW) I could watch DVD's and enter addresses on the roll, & I wasn't harrased by the notifications every time I got up to speed.

 

Now that I have done the "official paid" update (From Pioneer), I lost all my bypasses. What steps do I need to take to feeex? So the mods will work in tandem with the official upgrade.. I would think this would be a great *sticky* (the answer, that is, not my da ) for the site, as I have hunted high and low, to no avial.

 

Does the "unofficial" 3.0 update include the software bypass? Even then, it would be silly to risk the "reboot monster" and such when one has paid for the update, and installed it successfully. Thanks!
