Wumpus
What gives? I have everything wired properly. I'm using the Pioneer Ipod cable designed for the AVICs. I tried using the Apple cable supplied with the Ipod also. Nothing is working. I set AV1 to Ipod. I have parking brake and mute wire grounded for the bypass. I also moved the mute wire as per the bypass instructions.
Wumpus
Seriously? No one has ever had this problem??
VBLUE42
Plug USB flash drive into the USB port with some music on it and see if the unit detects it. If it doesn't, you have a defective unit.
Wumpus
Yeah that didn't work either. Is there any way I can send it to Pioneer to have them fix it? I bought it second hand I hope that's not an issue.
VBLUE42
Unless you have the original receipt showing you as the original owner, your out of warranty. It might be worth a try though.
Wumpus
If I cant get this fixed then this headunit is completely useless to me. If Pioneer wont fix it is there any other way?
