It works great in the Hummer Avic D3...I would like to be able to use the XM in other cars etc. with the Roady and cradle. Can I use the cradle and a patch cord (3.5 mm to ISP) in place of the GEX-P920XM??? I assume that this will be an audio only connection and tune with the Roady head. Possible??/ Done by others?? 1loudls Posted March 22, 2010 Report Share Posted March 22, 2010 yes you could use a roady and an aux in cable, you will lose all control from the radio, and have to control it all from the roady. they do have a new sirius tuner out that gives you a car kit dock, and you can use a plug and play receiver (kinda like the roady) except it will control the receiver from the touch screen when its docked. and then you can take the P&P receiver out and use it in another car kit if you would like. http://www.amazon.com/SIRIUS-SC-VDOC1-S ...
