LostPuma
recently my F90bt/ipod have only been working on the left channel, but the radio/sirius/sd all work on both channels. i was told by the place that installed my unit that it is a software problem, not a hardware problem, and therefore needed to be sent back to pioneer. can anyone confirm this? if so, will updating to 3.0 fix the problem? THANKS!
joegr
It's most likely to be a problem with the cable that plugs into the iPOD. If you search this forum, you'll find that it's not an uncommon issue. The software suggestion is nonsense.

ghostdunks
I was having the same problem intermittently....I swapped the pioneer cable for an apple cable from apple store, and have not had the problem since... I even tried a new cable that Pioneer sent first, still had problem
garypen
When I had this problem, it wasn't the iPod cable. The problem was actually the multi-connector with the RCA's that the iPod cable plugged into. One of the pins in that connector wasn't seated fully. I forget which one. But, I had posted about it here at the time. Also, a number of others had the same thing happen to them.
