Some other observations:

 

1) If I load a saved route, the AVIC ask whether it is OK to start the navigation from the saved GPS position. Without regard to whan I answer (Yes or No), it always starts the route from my current position to the saved destination.

 

2) If I already have a route plotted, and load a favourite location, instead of showing me the loaded GPS position, it simply shows me the current route (!!!). If I press the ADD DEST, the route is however plotted correctly.

 

My description might not be accurate to 100% but that is what I saw ...

 

Is there anything to do with the previous saved routes or favorites (i.e. not saved by your nav. mod)?

For me there is nothing abnormal. Whether or not a route on map, when you select a favorite from the "Cursor Menu", the cursor appears at the location of your favorite, you validate if you want to change the destination point.

 

To your first question I have no answer yet.

I redid the test this morning. I do not see any problem repeating voices guidance during the calculations of the mode "Multiplan", by cons happened to me (not always) have rehearsals voices guidance during the calculation of mode "Multicalc" . Now I understand why this mode by booting the sounds were cut then reactivated leaving there. I decided that the sounds would not be cut in this mode, which explains the problem you have identified. I'm looking for a solution

Well, not quite that ...

 

AfterI LOADED a saved route, then I select an entry in either FAVORITE or HISTORY, the cursor is not shown in the saved location. The screen only shows the current LOADED route, even if the FAVORITE location is 100 KM out of the current route. The address of the previous SAVED location is however shown.

 

Please note that this problem happens after problem encountered in question #1 of my previous post.

This i do not understand, i download your mod and look in the file sys.txt and saw;

Little problem: when you hit Nav. Settings from Main Menu, then hit the return key (upper right corner), the screen goes to MAP, instead of the Main Menu.
