asperber Posted December 27, 2011 Report Share Posted December 27, 2011 I removed my wiring harness and plugged my Hid directly into the stock wiring and the audio does not cut out. I originally used the harness to remove the daytime running lights, but what ill do now is use a relay and the power right from the stock wiring harness. jgutierrez89 Posted January 8, 2012 Report Share Posted January 8, 2012 i have this issue with my 2010 gmc sierra where sound cuts out and its starting to bug me. ive notice that once it goes out if i hit the onstar button it shuts the screen and recycles power and the unit goes back to working just fine. if anyone with a silverado or sierra who's figured how to fix this problem please let me know.
