JasonH
Awesome looking Carbon Fiber Bumper for your iPhone 4: www.carbonbumper.com
narcolept
Interesting, but I believe the point of Apple's bumper is to prevent shock to a corner of the glass front/back, thus preventing shattering. Doesn't look that this carbon fiber bumper would provide the same protection? I'd gues sit would do fine, as far as preventing signal loss from holding the phone in an unnatural way, but I wouldn't be so quick to jump on it if it couldn't prevent shock damage from a drop.. Robert Hodgen
I don't drop my phones very often and the iPhone 4 looks tough anyhow. I've never been a fan of things that make phones larger but this looks thin enough to just be cosmetic.
narcolept
I don't drop my phone often either, but when I do, I'd hate to be looking at smashed glass. It seems strong, but it is glass. The edge is the weak point, I'd go for something with more protection, as I said. To each their own though.
dianebrat
Actually the Apple designed bumper cases are really pretty nice, they're small and very protective with the thin line of rubber around them so you can't lay the face or back on a table and they protect the edges. I'm very impressed with them so far.
Robert Hodgen
The only Apple bumper I've seen in person had issues with the power button being too sensitive, when holding it near the top the power would cycle on and off, read more about that here http://osx411.com/index.php?/topic/93-iphone-4-after-one-week/page__view__findpost__p__174
