I have searched and found few answers but nothing works on mine
I have 2g iphone (unlocked) and using both original usb cable and aftermarket cable.
it makes connection, loads all the songs and plays but no sound...
i have tried to change it to AV1 to AV2 but no difference...
please help !!

you're probably not using the correct cable, your cable has BOTH USB and RCA connections connected?

I am using cable which it came with unit RCA >> Female USB and iPhone cable

Funny thing is, It used to work fine until I did sync with new laptop and uploaded new musics...
