sti robot
So you've scratched your touchscreen somehow. Or maybe you busted the actual screen itself. That sucks, but for $58 and 2 hours you can fix it. I managed to fix mine and produced this set of pictures to hopefully help other people out. I found my replacement parts here: <!-- m -->http://www.pacparts.com/model.cfm?model ... N=97088728<!-- m --> Here are all the pictures:

teddybear
I did almost the same putting ZAGG invisible shield ($15) under the edge of the plastic front frame. http://www.zagg.com/invisibleshield/pioneer-avic-d3-navigation-cases-screen-protectors-covers-skins-shields.php My unit is F7010BT so I did cut it a little bit. Since then (six months ago) no scratches at all.
teiva-boy
Thanks for the reminder about PacParts! I have an older Avic-D1 that has had an issue with the touchscreen being off by 1/4" and the right edge of about .5" not working at all. For $75 with tax and shipping, if it works I'll have a like-new headunit I can sell for more than double that
w4rh4wk
It appears that the flick link is bad.... here's a repost of it in case someone need them. Take apart AVIC photos
