r6rida86
I have a d3 and a n2 installed in two separate vehicles. here's my problem the disc works fine when i put it into the d3 but when i insert it into the n2 it act like its upgrading then it says please insert the appropriate disc. Is there something wrong with my head unit or my hide away? also the disc is a burnt copy of the 90mt.

Zermelo
someone has to know a solution to my problem Try burning it again at a slower speed and with good media. It's either the disc or the disc reader. The N2 should work with the 90MT.
r6rida86
if it's the disc reader is that worth getting fixed?
Zermelo
if it's the disc reader is that worth getting fixed? Probably not, Pioneer charges something like $200 minimum to work on the unit and I don't even think parts are included in that price. If it is the reader, I'd would sell it and get one of the newer models. If you like the features on the AVIC-N2 then look at the AVH-p5200BT.
