fst96se Posted August 11, 2010 Report Share Posted August 11, 2010 Hey guys, I just installed an Avic-Z110BT head unit in my '04 Navigator. Also installed a backup camera, but I need to find somwhere to tap into for the reverse wire on the head unit. It needs to be hot when in reverse, and not when not in reverse! 1loudls Posted August 11, 2010 Report Share Posted August 11, 2010 WCS (worse case scenario) go to one of the wires from the actual reverse light itself, you where back there for the camera right? directechs says that the wire you seek is black/pink and is a positive wire and it is near the drivers kick panel in the harness that goes to the rear of the truck (probably down the side of the truck) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
