4x12Tum Posted October 22, 2010 Report Share Posted October 22, 2010 my unit has lost "nand data parts code" (no_set) I check on the self-check program say it!(Nand Flash) !!ERROR!! can I somehow transfer these files manually from the upgrade? where will these be that case? "NDATA" is empty on the device. it refuses to start updating automatically: All files located on SD card. j: Firmware (folder), plus all the content of the folder j: Update (folder), plus all the content of the folder j: CARDINFO.cif (file) any ideas? now I have sent in my stereo for repairs Quote Link to post Share on other sites
CodeNameU Posted October 26, 2010 Report Share Posted October 26, 2010 Yes, this is a special 1.001000 update. It's actually marked as 1.002000 which is why it updates. In reality, you can do it all with just one SD card. The updates can be found on torrents. SD1 is 4GB. SD2 is just 2 megabytes. Hi, i still dont know where to download the SD1 and SD2 files. I fixed it and it installed now. I'm going to test it and play with it now. Bluetooth AVRCP isn't working but I just remembered I haven't done the bluetooth upgrade. I'm doing that now... Since your video shows German language, I assume that this in not the US update. Has anyone successfully gotten the EU/German version of the v2.xxx update to work? ShortFuse, isn't it possible to substitute the ezrider.exe for modded version and add the global license file and other country maps (such as Brazilian maps), so this unit and X920bt can work in Brazil? PrinceOfSweden Posted November 13, 2010 Report Share Posted November 13, 2010 the torrent still works but you must have "DTH" enabled in utorrent. and I tried to get updated to work on the "EU" ver but it did not! was told that there was no usable software ... its possubel that the Flach back with the first software! tried all possible variations to get it work, and force write in "service mode" (mode right-left ...) so it says 2000. in almost all parts but it refused to start, so may be that Pioneer has a few diodes to set the version of the device you are using hardware that prevents regional change, Sony has this on several of its units. However, this should go o see via schedule or on the motherboard near the CPU, some diodes or jumpers are not soldered ... ok, so i have been reading this great topic and now comes the question: For us in Europe this crack is usefull if you want to upgrade the F10BT to the F20BT, but there is no way (yet!) of buying the American z110bt for half the price and then put in european maps, right?? I was about to buy the f20bt but i might wait some month due to this break through. If you guys sort this out, i will buy the z110bt instead and totally donate on that paypal link! thanks! Great forum btw! Andreas. You read to read all the posts - from my understanding, a Z110 *can* be upgraded to F20 - it's just a case of loading those files instead (???).
