salazarn54
I've found a way that reliably allows me to control the iPod using the clickwheel while attached to the CD-IB100 or CD-IB100 II. The trick is to have the iPod turned on and at the same time as you plug in the Pioneer controller plug, hold down the play/pause button. If all goes well, the Pioneer screen might come up on the iPod briefly but then it should go to sleep. Press any button again and voila, you should have full control of the iPod again while still hooked up to the head unit. Hope this helps all you guys out.
tillithz
will try this, would be a nice alternative to cutting the blue wire in the unit itself
