PabloSRT8 Posted February 5, 2011 Report Share Posted February 5, 2011 I just purchased this unit and Im about to install it. All wires are in except for the bypass. Are there any tips, tricks to install in dash dvd systems? can they be intalled in a way that is much harder for someone to steal? I was thinking to some how hold it from the back, where the heat sink is To the frame. Any other tips? Thank you. Ps, is the parking wire a negative? If i do a switch, does it go to -or+? danimal86 Posted February 6, 2011 Report Share Posted February 6, 2011 what a friend of mine did, was he took the stock stereo, pulled (gently) front face plate off, glued the buttons on and made it fit over his new stereo.
