N4 Cuts In And Out

Hey there,

 

I have owned my N4 for approx. 3 years now and have never had a problem.

 

Than the other day I'm driving down the street, and hit a bump... I lose all speakers, and the sub still works.

I still have all functions available to me on screen.

 

I hit another bump.. and the sound comes back.

 

I read through multiple posts here on avic411 and come across a few things. So I decide to pull the deck, and re check all wiring, etc.

 

Upon putting the deck back in, I reset to original factory settings.

 

Everything is good for a few minutes, and than the sound cuts out again.

 

I drive a 1996 Mazda Mx 6.

 

There is no half ass wiring, it is all done correctly, I've been over it multiple times.

 

Is there anyone who has had this problem and rectified it?

Does the harness and all plugs fit snug into the deck? Not coming loose when your driving. Have you tried playing it without it installed in the dash so you can see if anything is going on? jiggle the wires and plugs to see if it turns off or cuts out. Narrow it down from there
