mpetruzz
I have a Sirius Starmate 5 dash unit and I love the large display with info and buttons to switch stations easily. I was considering getting the Sirius kit for my avic-f700bt but have read mostly bad reviews on the interface. I read that you only see one line of info displayed and that overall it's pretty poor. I wanted to get some opinions on whether or not I should keep my dash unit, better info and ease of switching channels, vs. HU, cleaner install but worse interface. Thanks in advance!! hutlet10
Interface for Sirius on pioneer stereo is total junk. 1 line of display that you need to Scroll thru to see all info. There is no image art or anything very very bad. Had for a month switched to xm.
Snidor
Does anyone have a pic of what the Sirius interface looks like on a 920 or 930? If so, could they please post it!
chodelip
Ya, Sirius interface is garbage. Just one line of text that you have to scroll through to see artist, song, album, channel, category, etc... No logos, no names for the presets either. Makes it difficult if you can't remember which preset goes to which station. I just returned mine and ordered the GEX-P920XM module to get the XM service. I love Sirius but XM is the same thing now and plus you get a much better GUI.
