I have been searching a lot in this forum, and from what i red i understood that i need to run a wire from the backup camera to the some wires in the back of the avic d3? I have a 2006 mitsubishi eclipse with the avic d3. I installed the camera but i want it to go to the camera screen as soon as the gear is in reverse because at the moment it would just work when the car is started up and if i switch input the only way to go back to it would be to start up the car again.
