tela
I brought my car into the dealership this weekend, and since its return, both the ipod and app buttons on my AppRadio have been greyed out. They beep twice when I touch them, and my phone will charge when it is connected via the ipod cable. There was nothing done to the inside of the car, so the radio *should* be fine and this may all be a coincidence. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
hig561
Have you tried resseting you radio? ( open tab on right side and push resset button)
mikedecaro
This happened to me a few times. I was able to fix it by force quitting the AppRadio app on the device and then plugging it back in.
AppRadio Central
This happened to me a few times. I was able to fix it by force quitting the AppRadio app on the device and then plugging it back in. This has been my experience as well. Quitting the AppRadio app has always fixed it. I try to avoid resetting wherever possible so I don't have to redo my EQ settings, clock, etc.
tela
Killing the app from the phone resolved the issue. Thanks to all who responded.
