cupojoe Posted October 6, 2011 Report Share Posted October 6, 2011 tried to update to 4.0, everything looked like it went well until i restarted my car and now the stereo reboots after about a minute and a half. super annoying. tried doign a reset and it didnt do anything, tried re applying update, same thing wont downgrade to 2.0 anyone have the full back up for this unit? bitman Posted October 6, 2011 Report Share Posted October 6, 2011 did you use the original 4 update? if not, it might be that the "My Flash Disk" is full, try to boot in CE check your disk space and if one delete some countries you don't need. i got these reboots when i updated POI and had only about 6kb free disk space free... cupojoe Posted October 11, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 11, 2011 i am completely at a loss here - i found the test mode files i think (mita cap and testmode) folders put them on an SD card and it just boots back up like it has been, going past the splash screen to the main page with "system start up in progress, please wait" and then reboots and repeats. any help would be greatly! appreciated Quote Link to post Share on other sites

cupojoe Posted October 16, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 16, 2011 so i put MiTAcap and Testmode folders on an SD card and it just booted up like it has been and then rebooted, tried putting it on a usb as well and same thing. can't seem to get into testmode at all... this is definitely not under warranty anymore Quote Link to post Share on other sites
