i have been searching this for hours, and can find no clear answer on if this is possible. I would say it is not based on my the fact that when i try to transfer my phonebook from the iPhone 4, it waits a couple seconds and then says that it failed.

I have found many posts saying transfers from the iphone are impossible, and others saying they are possible. Is there a trick? i found a trick with someone changing the format of your top forty numbers, but that is so hackish.

Basically i would like to hear someone who got it to work explaining how they did it. I have tried about everything. Some people say that the numbers load every time so it take a bit. I only have 80 numbers, so that would be ok. But that did not seem to be the case either.

Everything works except phonebook transfer

Last night, I was able to transfer my girlfriends contacts from her iPhone 4 to AVIC-X910. It took about 3 minutes to transfer about 100 contacts over.
