My d3 was stolen yesterday and I just bought a z3 on eBay. I can't find any info that tells me I can stream pandora with bt audio with the z3. I read that you can't do it with the z1 or z2. I'm using an iPhone 4s ( not sure if that matters.) I would like to know fow sure before I install it, because it will be for sale if it won't.do it. I will just get the z130bt.

Also, will my cd-btb200 Bluetooth adapter work with the z3 or will I have to get a different model adapter?

Thanks!

It's not officially supported on the z3 series, but see this members post that has it working:

It works perfectly. Just hit the "band" button on the Ext 1.screen and it moves over to bt audio.

When you say it works perfectly, do you mean you are able to control song selection through the AVIC like a Ford Sync works?

I just cancelled my XM after having it since launch day and have been considering this or a HD receiver for my truck. I would rather have this though as it gives me more control and fewer commercials. The link above from Garrett (still loving my "Toomey Drive Z1-Z3 upgrade!) says that it streams whatever is on the phone. Does this mean I need to start the stream and select the songs via my phone?

Yes. No song control from the headunit. You would need a newer model for that feature (ie Z120,120,130,140)
