Tonsoffun_87 Posted December 15, 2011 Report Share Posted December 15, 2011 I installed my avic d3 last night, did bypass and everything works good DVD and navigation while driving. My question is how do you put in a destination for the navigation? Also, when I have the navigation mode on it is nothing but a blue screen with the nav menu buttons on the side of screen and an arrow in the middle of the blue screen. What am I doing wrong here? It is a brand new gps antenna from eBay, but there is a ton of people on here using them so no need for smart comments on that. Thanks Guys. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
IAmSuperBleeder Posted December 21, 2011 Report Share Posted December 21, 2011 As far as actually using the unit and entering a destination, I would suggest downloading and reading the manual http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pio/pe/images/portal/cit_11221/417273154AVICD3OperationManual0221.pdf For the GPS showing you in odd places, pull the unit out and make sure the GPS wire is plugged in all the way. I installed some headrest monitors about a month ago and when I pulled the unit out to run the video wires, I didn't plug the GPS wire back in all the way and it was showing me in all kinds of places... started off with it showing me in some lake when I was in the drive through at Wendys, then the next day I was in New Jersey apparently... and I'm in Florida...
