Dear all,
A new release of appradio firmware is avaible in pioneer website.

Just seen it :

Ver2.50
This new version contains the following improvements:
1. Bluetooth

Bluetooth pairing time shortened

Recent call history is synced automatically

Correct contact name visible when placing outgoing call

Contact name will appear when placing outgoing call and dialling sound can be
heard
2. Others

Incorrect clock updates fixed by dropping "RDS CT" function, bad data was
received from broadcaster

Pressing home button in compatible app goes to AppRadio app directly, no
temporary display of home screen

Fast double click on home button better recognised
3. New

Bluetooth pairing icon added to home and tuner screen

At least from what you said they would bring out a firmware update this month...

Just did the update and it is a 2 part process.

First the eboot part has to be done on one sd card and then the firmware (which is in 3 sub parts) has then to be done.

First impressions, no major differences.

Carmediaplayer is still skipping so this is most likely down to the app and not the headunit firmware

Thanks for your return Robbie have you install appradio extention in your iphone? Works or no works ?

If you "love" appradio plus and appradio extention stay in 2.45 and wait SShery and Mikedecaro for update

Anybody have tested that ?

I don't know about other countries but here in the US the update tab is non existent on the pioneer website.

I have just tested that...
Appradio extention works again perfecly
Appradio plus dont work... Install ok, but all appradio application dont work i have a blackscreen when i go in phone menu, radio menu, and setting menu

Well looks like Pioneer in the US has published a page for the 2.50 update, however in typical Pioneer fashion, they have dead links on the page.
