I inherited the D3 from my brother. I hardly use it but when I do I noticed that it always calculate the worst possible route. IE: My trip to work is 50 miles straight shot on 1 freeway. It calculates it so that I have to cross the bay, pays toll and loop back extending my trip an extra 15 miles. I did the pin reset today but no love. How do I completely reset this thing as if it was fresh fromt he factory? I tried the factory reset button in the system screen but it didn't do anything.
