Hey all......I recently had a Z140BH installed my '11 Grand Sport. After having the installer correct a few issues, I still have a problem with the volume level of phone calls being very low. I am using an I Phone 4S and have the volume maxed out on the 140 itself for the phone calls.
It is getting to the point where I almost have to pull over to make a call. The exhaust is a dual mode from the factory. I keep it in quiet mode while making a call. If not, making a call is impossible, but that's understandable.
Anyone else having this issue? I tried searching it out but couldnt find anything specfic to this complaint for the 140BH.

Just to be clear, have you set the phone voice volume level through Settings/System Settings/Volume/Phone Voice ???
The HU volume knob does not affect Phone volume.

That's exactly what I did, with little or no results. If I'm not mistaken the volume adjustment is on the same screen as the guidance volume level.

Took unit out...........put back OEM unit. Too frustrating trying to get the 140 audio issues straightened out.
