I new to this site and need your help. I currently have the Z1. I have had this unit from the first week it hit the stores. Love it. I am having some problems with it now.

First, the rack is broken and want allow the motorize face work properly. I did see and tried the post on how to replace the rack. Everything was good until i went to put the ribbon for the dvd player back in place and broke the clip that holds the ribbon in place.

So should I send it to Pioneer to have it fix or better yet will Pioneer repair it after its been open?

I was doing research on the Z140. Should I replace my Z1 with this? I have not done any mods to the Z1. I see that the Z140 do not have the ability to control my six disc cd changer. Not a big deal becuase I do have an Ipod and Iphone. I just like the ability to have the flexibilty if needed.
