Hi every one . i am so happy that i found this forum to share my issues .

well i have bought avic z2 from crutch field in 2007 and i hook it to my dodge ram for 6 month only then i disassemble when i sell the truck . one week ago i install it in my mitsubishi pagero . all things is working

i can't remember if the pink wire was hooked before or not in truck. but i didn't hooked it in the pajero

now the 3d calibration and the gero sensor is not working . is this problem because i didn't attached the pink wire to my speed pulse ?

my second question , can i change the map installed in the hdd , i live in egypt in africa & i need to put africa map . if this possible thats will be exellent news.

i never upgrade my firm ware or do any modifications to my z2 .

please feel free to ask any questions to help me .

as you guessed, If you do not hook up the speedpulse, the system cannot calibrate.....

Re maps, no clue. Maybe somebody else, but to be honest, I've never read anything about African maps. Just Europe, USA, Russia, and Australia......
