karl contreras
so i've been experiencing some difficulties with call quality coming through the unit, when i first bought it, the clarity was unbelieveable good. after a while i started noticing that my calls were no longer coming through clear. First thing i noticed was call quality was starting to go, I:E the sound coming through the speakers was cutting in and out, i could barely make out what the other person was saying, they would cut in and out and vice versa when i would speak to them. calls started dropping occasionally. It's been really frustating lately. I commute an hour back and forth to work, and i usually talk to my wife during the drive, but lately i haven't been able to. I've cleared my phone several times and have shut off the wifi hoping that it would help, but so far nothing. When i use her car and the stock bluetooth system, no issues at all, so i figure it has to be a pioneer issue. Anyone else experiencing these issues?
vjaneczko
Yeah, except one difference - I never had good calls. I never had to deal with the callers voice cutting in and out, but the quality was horrific.

dannyz3343
You can always try a new microphone and see if that fixes it. The microphone on the 2 is nothing special. Simply a mono mic with a 2.5 inch plug.
