Bluetooth audio for D3 - workaround please

Recommended Posts

I have the D3 using a Moto Atrix 4G smartphone. Phone calls are properly routed to the BT Phone on the D3. All other audio is routed to the BT Audio button. Herein lies the problems - I am using the phone for my navigation. If bluetooth is sync'd, I can only get the audio using the BT Audio on the D3. That means no music unless it's coming from the phone. What I prefer would be to listen to the radio (XM, FM, whatever), and then have the audio nav prompts come through just like the phone will if I receive a call. Otherwise, I have to disable BT audio and let it come through the phone's speaker, which is not very loud even at it's loudest setting.

Also, is there a way to have the D3 unit not connect via bluetooth audio but only via bt phone when I first start the car?
