grouser Posted May 20, 2013 Report Share Posted May 20, 2013 Yesterday I got it the navigator Igo8 run in the pioneer. The problem was that I erased the file language Russian. I am going to try install tomtom but I don't know where get it to install at pioneerus. Any idea? Hi - I'm having the same problem. What russian language file did you erase? grouser Posted May 21, 2013 Report Share Posted May 21, 2013 Hi - got it working! iGo needs to configure on first startup - if something fails (like wrong or missing language- or voice files), delete the save folder and try again. Now I just hope, that TMC will be fixed, as I need that functionality And I would also like that sound in iGo could work without "beep" enabled in general - the beeps annoys me! But thanks until now! Ive been watching every single effort you members have made. I wish I could join you guys. I have no programming skill tho. I've found there is possibility to install 3rd party map into my unit decided to move my ass little bit for my unit I have unmodified z110bt with the firmware v 1.0000 now I got pioneerus and trying to install it into my unit but I can not get to pioneerus shell I have done everything accordingly. I got lic file into pioneerus folder then pushed home button, destination on the screen, and next track on the tray. so,I have contacted to the developer. He/she told me to upgrade firmware to 4.001 unfortunately, I dont know how. I thought, at least, to do what I could do I upgraded the firmware to 1.001 from official website. still does not work. could you give me any kind of headup appreciate greatly in advance. milespjking Posted June 5, 2013 Report Share Posted June 5, 2013 Thank you ver much!!! finally, I could get to the shell. here are problems tho. here is my procedure I went through Uninstalled pioneerus Installed CNSD-310FM for the firmware installed pioneerus put lic file into pioneerus folder problem 1 I can't get to the shell when the engine is of the car is off even tho I put electricity on in the car. when the engine is off, trying to get to the shell it just shows me black and white horizontal lines problem 2 I can't launch Igo8 ( Actually, I am not going to use Igo since in the country I am living in, igo doesn't support the maps I just want to try if it works fine) I assumed it was a fault of designated folder and the name of exe file. so I tried with igo8 Sanik provide me with, I put the igo8 folder into the pioneerus folder, didn't work I put igo8 folder into the root, didn't work I changed the name of igo8.exe to alien-navi.exe, didn't work. problem 3 Buttons on the shell, nothing works I have only 3 taps on the screens when I launch the shell igo, navitel on the center , reset on lower left corner. I can see why navitel does not work but I thought at least reset tap would work. Am I missing something? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Edit:at the first trial, it worked it was supposed to work at the second trial, I ran into the same problem as I mentioned in earlier post(problem 1) just wondering that when I tried to launch igo8 it just shows the booting screen of Igo8 and then goes off is it just because I dont have the map for igo8?
