asfd64
Too bad they don't mention what's new. Best part of that video is when he opens the iOS app and tries to swipe and gets the no touchscreen support icon in the top right.
dannyz3343
I was going to say the same thing. Mind you, I never have that problem with my 100 unit. However good poker face on that guy. He did not break character and act as if the radio did anything wrong at all.
asfd64
True he was very cool, and the camera panned away perfectly!
wei803
The look is still the same. Probably they just bundle the CD-IH202 with this and give it a new model name. Let's wait for more details.
cyberdiamond
From Girish Janday, product executive at Pioneer: “We are thrilled to be able to announce that the new SPH-DA110 AppRadio is fully iPhone 5 compatible. It takes everything that was great about its predecessor and adds some really exciting new features to make it an even better product for any smartphone users who want to take app technology into the car. It is also great to be the only after-market manufacturer to have a product fully compatible with iPhone 5 for music, video and apps in the car. Other new features include Google Speech Recognition (Android only), app shortcuts, custom wallpapers and Bluetooth Audio Streaming."

yonel
it's "funny" to see pioneer sph-da100 owners that claim to exchange their device in fb appradio fanpage france by the new one, because of bugs...and reading pioneer appradio facebook page admin "answering, this will be in study"........XDDDDDD !!!just what about sph-da01 owners....?? loooooooolsorry but it's the biggest joke of my life....4 generation of appradio in 2 years....and not a big deal with improvements... :si've remembered when i asked at the begining about android....and reading pioneer france telling me...:"no android project...." so funny to see that android almost save the appradio with ar liberator etc...nowseems that's more easy to built a lot of unfinished devices than one quite correct device.... VBLUE42
The DA01 and the DA100 are completely different hardware units. The DA01 wasn't even produced or built by Pioneer. The 100 and 110 appear to be the same hardware unit with just upgraded software which means they may offer a 110 upgrade to 100 users much in the same way they have offered software upgrades to Z and F series users. dannyz3343
There is no software feature difference between the DA-01 and the DA-02. The only difference between the units is that the DA-01 was made by dual while the DA-02 was a Pioneer built unit. Even then they are functionally identical. The DA-100 was the first true hardware upgrade for the appradio platform. That unit has now been on the market for a year just like when the DA-01/02 had been on the market for a year they launched the DA-100. However, from what is being said the DA-110 seems to be identical to the DA-100 hardware wise, so as stated above it would not be surprising if a future software update gives the DA-100 the stereo bluetooth support that the DA-110 offers. From what has been shown that is the only major new feature that has been added.
dandiggz
i dont understand why we cannot get bluetooth streaming on our appradio 2's with a software update.
