2005 Chevy Colorado AVIC-D2

Recommended Posts

Looking for a little help;

I have a 2005 Chevy Colorado that I bought used; it has an AVIC-D2 system in it. After reading the forums I did not know anything about the VSS, How do I ensure that is part of my system and how do I hook it up?

Recently when I get in and start the NAVI system the caution pops up saying the Parking Break is disconnected, how do I re- connect it?

I do not have a rear camera for this system but I would like one, not really looking to spend the money for the required Rear View Camera from Pioneer (ND-BC1), was wondering if there is a recommended aftermarket that would work with the system?

I believe that I do not have an updated map system, where and how can I get the maps without paying an arm for it?
