Channel out on peripherals

Hello, I'm a new member but very experienced at car audio installation. I have installed the Avic N-2 in my Bronco, along with a Sirius module and an Ipod  interface. Everything works as it should, but both the Sirius and the Ipod only play the right channel. I tried switching the ip bus cables, but it doesn't change anything. They both plug into the Navi unit, but the navigation tones play on both channels. Does anyone know where to get the pin out schematic for the yellow cable from the navi to the head unit? I'm assuming that the problem lies in the navi unit itself, because everything plugged into it loses the left channel, but the tones from the unit play on both. I would just like to confirm the continuity of the channel leads on that cable before I open up the unit.
