schuakia Posted January 30, 2014 Report Share Posted January 30, 2014 So today I took on the idea of doing the firmware update on my Z140. Everything went smooth right up to the point of step 9 of the instruction set. At this point the screen showed progress as complete but the unit never rebooted. As a matter of fact, 30 minutes later and the screen appears to be locked at this screen and nothing seems to be able to shut it off. So does anyone have a solution for this issue? I have submitted a support ticket to Pioneer but sometimes they are not exactly the quickest to reply. *EDIT* So after waiting for quite sometime I figured I would shut the truck off and back on to see what happened. This reset the unit then I figured out how to eject the SD Card while in the firmware update screen. Bottom line, nothing was hurt and everything appears to work as advertised.
