I am now trying to use the official pioneer 940 upgrade.. to work with my iphone5.. is this even possible? I have downloaded the software and everything works up until i get to the screen that says 6. Select “System uCom Write†with the VOL (+/–) button, and then press the MODE button. The following screen appears. ― For AVIC-X940BT, the Multi-control knob is used instead of t he VOL (+/–) button. En 7. Confirm (1) the SD version is “8.05†a nd (2) the uCom version is “8.04†or earlier. En it does not list a sd version.. i have downloaded the software twice and tried 2 different cards.. am I doing something wrong or missing something? xrevolutionx Posted October 24, 2013 Author Report Share Posted October 24, 2013 i have the same problem do you have video if you click on av1 and no audio? my radio sees the iphone.. will play the ipod part but no audio and alot of the features do not work.. ugh.. did you use a mac or pc to download the update?
