VBLUE42
SW JACK is the wrong adapter. You need the RC. and there are install instructions that come with the adapter.
Lyverbe
I have the Axxess ASWC (http://www.axxessinterface.com/steering_wheel_control_new.aspx) and it works fine with my x930bt. The instructions they provide are quite clear.

VBLUE42
I f you only have two or three controls go with the Axxess as it auto programs for you. If you have more four to six controls I would go with the SWI-RC or PS as they can be custom programed to control any function that is available on the unit. I have used both and presently am using the Axxess.

ma_ttcald
My axxess device in my Kia sometimes doesn't work right. Gotta shut everything off and restart then it works. Strange.

It happens to me too but very rarely. I'd say about once every 9 months. Can't say why.
