AVH-X3500BHS and Screen image may appear reversed

after use rear view camera and when switched on and use reversed gear The screen come on and it works fine, but after there's always black Caution comes up every 5 seconds and it's saying that Caution: Screen image may appear reversed. If I touch the screen when it turns to black, it goes away, but it keeps coming back again
any idea how to solve this issue

i had the problem from 1y and still cant found any solution 

please if some one can help
