Problem with x930bt HACKMODE

Hi,

I have an x930bt that i forgot the password to, and after my battery died i wasn't able to get into it.  I followed the instructions and got hackmode 2.21 installed just fine, however my screen seems to have a slight skew to to the touch so when i got into hackmode i could find the password file but i couldn't do anything with it (the buttons at the top of the file viewer are "unreachable").  Because of this skew 2.21 is almost useless--i can't really do anything with it except open a few programs.  I can't copy, edit, or delete files at all (those buttons are all at the top of the screen).

 

So...i decided to try hackmode 1.4 instead.  That worked just fine and i was able to dump my password out.

 

When i re-booted the "Do you want to enter hackmode?" prompt came up.  I selected "No" but it just pauses, then re-prompts.  If i remove the SD card, it just hangs.

 

I tried re-installing 2.21 but it gives an error about av.exe not being able to be replaced.

 

So i went back to 1.4, deleted av.exe from PRG0, and re-installed 2.21....no luck (still get the av.exe error).  I also tried using 1.4 to manually copy the 2.21 files into PRG0/Apl.  No luck.  I also messed with some of the files in PRG1 (what is this?) but it didn't help.

 

Can anybody help?
