avic-z130bt touchscreen not responding fix

I was having problems with the touchscreen not responding while everything else was working just fine. I thought it was because the parking brake wire wasn't hooked up right so I got the wire hooked up properly and it still wasn't working so after posting on another site and getting no response from anyone I found this site and someone posted something that made sense. They said they found something wedged between the screen any the trim. I looked at my radio and find some debris wedged in it, got it out and my radio works perfect. This is after pioneer told me it was going to cost me $230 to fix it. Also a guy on ebay was willing to fix it for $130 but not willing to tell me that he probably has people send in their radios and all he does is gets the crap out and still charges the $130. Just an fyi, look for debris wedged in your screen before thinking it's broke and paying pioneer or someone else to take the crap out.
