Jlundfelt
Has anyone had a problem where all of a sudden there head unit stopped displaying album art? I was driving the other day and with the setup I have- AVIC-X950BH CD-AH200C / Samsung MHL adapter / SG3 - Center console iPod / Cables - Glove box Anyways, the iPod stopped working, and I ended up having to restart it (not reset). After I did that, no album art. I've tried everything I've done in the past to fix this issue, including erasing the iPod, and restoring it with a backup, and re-syncing with iTunes, and am about to try MediaMonkey. Where it gets weird is that Pandora, which uses my Android phone, and different connector kit to HDMI, stopped showing album art as well. Most songs don't even show the music icon where the album art should be, it just acts like that isn't a feature. I know this used to work- I had already flashed the deck to the latest firmware, so the only other thing I can try is to reset the deck to factory settings. Anyone run into something like this? Thanks, Jon
Jlundfelt
I was able to fix it yesterday by simply changing the text display in map mode from street to 'now playing' Once I did that, I could see the album art in the corner in map view, and was able to switch to the map view to iPod and was able to see it. After that, changing between what's displayed in the bottom of map view back and forth didn't seem to break it again, so it must be some really weird and obscure bug. I am having a similar issue with the AVIC-Z150BH where neither the Cover Art (HD Radio) nor Album Artwork (iPhone) are any longer appearing on the map screen. I'm not finding how you changed the from street to "now playing" -- the only option I've found in the Information Bar is either "Street Name" or "Coordinates." Where did you find the "now playing"? Thanks.

Okay, by accident I figured out why the Cover Art (HD Radio) and Album Artwork (iPhone) were not showing up on the map screen and how to change it is by simply touching on the Information Bar in the lower portion of the map screen. Touching the information bar toggles between Street Name (or Coordinates) and the Media Information and artwork if available.
