kelkin
At night the display is beautiful, but during the day it's washed out and disgusting.. you can see every fingerprint on it.. it doesn't help that the Prius has the head unit angled so poorly that the sun can't help but wash the picture out.. but it makes it even harder to see the screen. Anyone have any tips for this? I'm wondering if a screen protector would help.
olevelo
Have you tried tilting the screen? In my mazda 3 it's beautiful during the day. No issues. But that's why they added the tilt function.

mapotter99
Use an ipad or iPad mini anti-glare screen protector! There is already a thread about this. Fingerprints, smudges, and reflections are a thing of the past, but, like any screen, the sun still washes it out a bit, but not enough to bother me in everyday use. olevelo
It only tilts the bottom up no? Would face it more in sun light It does but it's usually the angle it's facing the sun that's the issue. It may not help, but it should make some difference.
drenyce311
Use an anti glare screen protector from an iPad or iPad mini. Cut it down to size. Ididn't need it. But it helps.
lightz39
Its been really sunny here and I tend to leave my sun roof open. The glare has at times been pretty bad. I have to hold my hand up to block the sun to see what it says. I'll look into getting an anti glare protector.
