hhm007 Posted August 22, 2014 Report Share Posted August 22, 2014 I have been into upgrade my car stereo with either a 7000NEX or 8000NEX. Today I was talking an installer/sales person and they mentioned that to use an Ipod for music (literally music only), you need to connect both the 30pin -> USB and an AUX cable? (Which then he mentioned I could just buy the pioneer cable kit). Is this true, or can I simply just connect the Ipod to the unit with the 30pin cable? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
