CCHabon83 Posted September 17, 2014 Report Share Posted September 17, 2014 Hey All, First time posting.. I have searched and i only found 1 thread that was similar, but I have a different problem. I recently disconnected my NEX5000 to do some rewiring. As i was setting everything back up and powered up, it asks for a password. I know my password because it shows the "hint" of it and I have everything written down. The ISSUE is that i have an all numbers password. it seems that the touch screen calibration is off. I am not able to change the QWERTY board to numbers. I try to touch the 123. button to switch to the numbers and it only changes the QWERTY board to capital letters. How will I be able to fix the issue? I am not able to do anything without the password. I'm just hoping I don't have to send it out to have the issue resolved.
