I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THE SELLER WITH NO LUCK.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS ERROR MESSAGE UPON INSTALLATION.

REQUESTING A PERSONAL CODE.

eBay has a buyer's guarantee.  They have a specific process you have to follow, so look through their help pages for information.

You need to put the unit into test mode, go to the file manager and do a text dump on this file:

\user\system\security\password

 

That will give you the password you need. Here's a thread about it.

WAIT! Do NOT use the Condi Hackmode files described in that link for instruction 1b.

The Condi stuff has bricked many a system if not used carefully.
