Skunkmiester Posted October 7, 2014 Report Share Posted October 7, 2014 Hi there, I have a 950 DAB, all has been well, until a couple of weeks back I received an E0000011 error. Next day the system worked properly but I got a couple more of the E0000011 errors over the next few days. I checked the version number and it was at Version 1.00. So I downloaded 1.06 and followed the install instructions perfectly. However after the reboot, the system booted to a black screen with 'Software configuration error, contact your Pioneer support.........' etc etc. Today I used testmode and it says that the NAND is unreadable. In Filemode I cannot see a USER folder so I cannot carry out any fixes written elsewhere on this site. Can anyone please advise me what the NAND is? Is it a HD? Is it ROM or a SD card? I'm hoping I can replace the NAND part or format it. Thank you Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Skunkmiester Posted October 7, 2014 Author Report Share Posted October 7, 2014 Having opened up the unit and stripped it down. I find that it has an 8GB SD card with EUR5 written on it. Is this the NAND Unit? I am unable to read it on my PC, I place it in the card reader and nothing at all. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Does anyone know if there is a resource where I can copy the correct files onto this NAND card? Pioneer support have not helped in any way, they are beneath contempt and the 3rd party repair specialists are talking about charging between £65 and £300 to replace a £4.50 SD card.
