sofakng Posted October 23, 2014 Report Share Posted October 23, 2014 I've upgraded my AVIC-8000NEX to v1.08 and USB video files are still not resuming. For example, if I start playing a movie then stop the engine, when I turn it back on, a different video play (the first video on the USB memory stick) and it always starts at the very beginning. I thought v1.08 would fix this but it doesn't. However, I know some people have it working so I'm wondering... what USB devices are you using for playback? Have you tested both audio and video resume? Which USB port are you using? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

joemamma1954 Posted October 23, 2014 Report Share Posted October 23, 2014 sdcard=64gb samsung sdxc formatted to fat32, flac files, resuming properly usb1=240gb samsung solid state drive formatted to fat32, 14000 songs mp3, resuming properly usb2=480gb intel solid state drive formatted to fat32, 200+ ripped dvds, resuming properly After the update, it took several on/off cycles(during the course of a day) for it to get to 100% format read, then all is back to normal. There is a definitely a bug somewhere, but I'm glad it's working again for me. I'm afraid to update the USB stick though... (with more songs/videos) Quote Link to post Share on other sites
