acva Posted March 20, 2007 Report Share Posted March 20, 2007 I recently installed the Avic-D3 in a nissan altima. Looks great, I love this new unit by pioneer. Thanks for the bypass info, relocating the mute wire worked great. I did run into a problem getting sound out of the dvd/cd source.... cntrylvr79 Posted March 21, 2007 Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 Or you could make sure to hook the blue wire from the avic harness to the blue wire of the 70-7550. then hook the blue/white from the avic to the blue/white of the 70-7550. Last step is to ground the black/white wire in the 70-7550 harness. The same steps apply for the 70-7551 for nissan's with a blose system. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
