jq1003 Posted March 24, 2007 Report Share Posted March 24, 2007 Ok ive been installing my D2 today and im about to be starting installing the pac steering wheel interface...well i was reading the directions on how to program it and it says that you need to program it using the IR remote....well my D2 didnt come with an IR remote...bought it second hand...not sure if they came with it in the first thing....so do i need to buy an IR remote for it before i can set that up??? coocho Posted March 24, 2007 Report Share Posted March 24, 2007 yeah thats how it works. All it does it record your steering wheel voltage pulses, then when it reads that certain pattern it will shoot the IR code it was taught to memorize at the unit. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
